Most people i know don't like bands coz they have "the" at the start.

How about "Pile of Crap" ? I've never heard your band, so nothing personal. I just really think this would generate a lot of interest. And, as a bonus, if your band does happen to suck, people can't really be disapointed.

I had decided not to post any more comments on the site because I am always shot down. I am not thin skinned, just bored by people who have nothing nice to say.

I did have to vote here and respond to your poll. I love the name Stereo. I can't imagine someone has not used it before. I remember being pissed off when Bauhaus used that name and I had not thought of it first, but also, why would I? I was not in a great band who were born, at least partially, out of Bowie/Eno (two gods) collaborations and one of my favorite bands of all time, I also love Love and Rockets, comics and band, David J's solo work, Dali's Car was o. k. with me but only release? Peter Murphy was amamzing at his solo show at 328, I think of it as one of the best shows I ever saw. The lighting was so beautiful and no one ever thanks the tech crews. Sorry post-Bauhaus fans I failed to mention Tones on Tail, I loved them Daniel Ash was a great vocalist, what happened to him, only one solo release, but beautiful? I loved Daniel Ash's Blue moon, so haunting....

My point, and I do have one is, Stereo sounds like someone might have used it, but if not, I like it a lot. I am all the way behind any new band regardless of name or age. I just wish there was more exposure for artists. I was so frustrated when I was in art school and it was impossible to get a good show at a decent venue.

So whomever you are if you are STEREO! rock on and let me know where you are playing I will try to come and see you.

That's no reason to quit posting here. This place is much friendlier than it was at one time! That being said, 90% of it's all sarcasm.

Moreover, the original poster wanted feedback on a band name and they got it. He/She can use the poll results, or just realize that no one care's about their band's name unless the music is good.
